wrong in phinx pdoadapter to selet data, it’s a wrong syntax but i don’t know where

this is my linux env for running php program,as you see,it said select * from release had a wrong syntax.But after this sql,like “select * from reference”,”select * from production_monitor”and so on they all right and no problem, so ,i don’t know why it said it has a wrong syntax
